Abstract

U ovom radu opisani su cementi, materijali koji se koriste u više grana dentalne
medicine. U domeni fiksne protetike, cementi služe za fiksaciju nadomjestaka koji se
postavljaju na izbrušenu i pripremljenu površinu zuba. Opisana je podjela cemenata,
prema trajnosti, kemijskom sastavu i načinu cementiranja. Prije svega su dana
općenita dobra svojstva koja čine idealan cement, a kasnije je detaljno opisan svaki
cement prema kemijskom sastavu, koji uvelike određuje dobra i loša svojstva. Prema
načinu cementiranja, cemente dijelimo u dvije velike skupine, a to su
konvencionalno i adhezivno cementiranje. Tehnika konvencionalnog cementiranja
prikazana je korištenjem cinkoksifosfatnog cementa. Također, detaljno se opisuju i
faze rada sa kompozitnim cementom kao predstavnika adhezivnog načina
cementiranja. U raspravi se u međuodnos stavljaju načini cementiranja, prednosti i
mane svake tehnike.

Abstract (english)

In this paper the cements, the materials which are used in multiple areas of dental
medicine, are described. In the domain of fixed prosthetics, cements serve to fixate
replacements which are placed on the polished and prepared tooth surface. The
categorization of cements is described, according to durability, chemical ingredients
and a way of cementing. First of all, the common beneficial qualities that make ideal
cement are given; furthermore; every cement is described in detail by its chemical
composition, which determines the good and bad qualities on a large scale.
According to a way of cementing, we divide cements in two large groups;
conventional and adhesive cementing. The technique of the conventional cementing
is shown by using zinc phosphate cement. Phases of work with composite cement are
also described in detail as a representative of the adhesive way of cementing. In the
discussion the ways of cementing are put into correlation, as well as advantages and
disadvantages of every technique are described in detail.
