Abstract

Moderni pristup planiranja radova u području gornje i donje čeljusti te kvalitetni materijali pridonose visokoj kvaliteti istih u estetskom i funkcionalnom pogledu. Postizanje vrhunskih rezultata uvjetovano je primjenom najnovijih spoznaja, tehnika i materijala, ali i kontinuiranom edukacijom kako doktora dentalne medicine tako i dentalnog tehničara. Svrha rada je prikazati način izrade funkcijski i estetski opitmalnog implantoprotetskog rada iz cirkonijoksidne keramike u području donje čeljusti kombinacijom kirurških tehnika, parodontološke terapije i protetskih rješenja na primjeru kliničkog slučaja. Rad prikazuje nadoknadu više zuba u lateralnom segmentu impantoprotetskom terapijom te fiksnoprotetsku nadoknadu više zuba u lateralnom i frontalnom segmentu mandibule, pri čemu se očekuje potpuna oralna rehabilitacija pacijenta. Naglasak je na poštivanju protokola izrade kako implantološkog tako i protetskog dijela kako bi postigli zadovoljavajući rezultat za pacijenta i za nas terapeute, te na izboru cirkonijoksidne keramike kao primjerenog materijala za estetsku implantoprotetsku rehabilitaciju. Stručni doprinos rada je prikazati koliko dobro planiranje implantoprotetske terapije, pravilan položaj implantata, pravilna preparacija, kvaliteta materijala kao i preciznost laboratorijske
izrade protetskog rada može dovesti do potpunog estetskog sklada i zadovoljstva pacijenta.

Abstract (english)

A modern approach to planning of dental appliances in upper and lower jaws as well as quality materials contribute to their high quality in aesthetic and functional aspects. The achievement of top results is conditioned by the application of the latest knowledge, techniques and materials, but also by the continuous education of both doctors of dental medicine and dental technicians. The purpose of this paper is to present a method of producing functionally and aesthetically optimal implant-supported appliance made of zirconium oxide ceramics in the lower jaw, using a combination of surgical techniques, periodontal therapy and prosthodontic solutions in a complex clinical case. Replacement of several teeth in the lateral segment by implant-prosthodontic therapy and fixed prosthodontic appliance in the lateral and frontal segments of the mandible, resulting in complete oral rehabilitation of the patient. The emphasis is on adhering to the protocols in both surgical and reconstructive treatments in order to achieve a satisfactory result for the patient and for us therapists, and on the choice of zirconium oxide ceramics as an appropriate material for aesthetic implant-borne restoration. The professional contribution of the work is to show how good planning of implantprosthodontic therapy, proper implant placement, proper preparation, quality of materials as well as precision in technical production of the appliance can lead to complete aesthetic harmony and patient satisfaction.
