Abstract

Zbog brojnih kongenitalnih i stečenih nedostataka zubnog niza pacijenti se već u dječjoj dobi i u adolescenciji podvrgavaju stomatološkim zahvatima pomoću kojih se korigira anatomija, funkcija i estetika. Prije svakog zahvata važno je uzeti detaljnu anamnezu. Materijali koji se koriste pri restauraciji su kompozitni i keramički. Prilikom izbora materijala mora se paziti na odabir boje kako bi nadomjestak što vjernije oponašao prirodan zub. Kod manjih oštećenja prednost imaju kompozitni ispuni.... More Kompozitnu restauraciju možemo izvesti na različite načine: direktnom izradom, pomoću celuloidne nadogradnje, silikonskim ključem ili kompozitnom nadogradnjom. Zatvaranje dijastema, diskoloracije, oštećenja incizalnog brida rješavaju se izradom ljuskica.
Izbor postupka za rekonstrukciju krune ovisi o destrukciji tvrdog zubnog tkiva, vitalitetu zuba, raspoloživosti opreme i materijala, znanju zubnog tehničara, stupnju higijene te zahtjevima pacijenata i financijskim mogućnostima. Less

Abstract (english)

Due to numerous congenital and acquired faults of teeth, patients undergo already during their childhood and adolescent age stomatologic interventions, due to which the anatomy, function and aesthetics is corrected. It is very important to take detailed anamnesis before each intervention. Materials used for restoration are composites and porcelain. It is also very important that the chosen material matches the natural colour of the tooth as much as possible. Composite fillings are adequate... More for minor tooth damages. There are several composite restoration techniques: direct restoration, with celluloid cap, sillicone key or composite expansion. Diastema closure, discolorations and damages of the incisal edge are solved by using veeners.The choice of the procedure for crown reconstruction depends on the destruction of the hard tooth tissue, tooth vitality, availabilty of the equipment and material, technician's knowledge, hygiene level, patient's needs and financial means.
