Abstract

Dentalna medicina se kao znanstvena i stručna disciplina razvija iz dana u dan sve više zahvaljujući razvoju tehnologije. CAD (računalom potpomognuto oblikovanje) / CAM (računalom potpomognuta izradba) tehnologija je danas visoko zastupljena u svim aspektima dentalne medicine u svijetu. Cilj ove tehnologije je skratiti vrijeme izradbe protetskog rada, smanjiti mogućnost pogrešaka, te ponuditi mogućnost protetske sanacije u manjem broju posjeta ili u jednoj posjeti. Upotrebom ove tehnologije izrađuju se vrlo precizni radovi, bilo da se radi o kompliciranim višečlanim mostovima, krunicama, inlejima, onlejima ili ljuskicama, pa čak i mobilnim protetskim nadomjescima. CAD / CAM u mobilnoj protetici brzo ulazi u široku primjenu. Skeniranjem se mogu dobiti digitalni otisci čeljusti i uz pomoć softvera, koji se onda mogu uskladiti i točno se odredi veličina baze proteze, retencijski i stabilizacijski elementi te mjesta na kojima će se postaviti umjeni zubi. Cilj ovog rada je dati pregled mogućnosti koje pruža suvremena tehnologija u dentanoj medicini a posebno u mobilnoj protetici u izradi djelomičnih proteza i postavi umjetnih zubi. Proizvođači svakog dana prezentiraju nove materijale i proizvode na tržištu, što može otežati snalaženje i doktora i pacijenata u toliko mnogo informacija. Ovaj rad daje pregled postupaka u izradi skeleta djelomičnih proteza CAD / CAM tehnologijom, te pregled vrsta umjetnih zubi za protetske nadomjestke.

Abstract (english)

Dental medicine as scientific and professional discipline is developing day by day more and more, thanks to advances in technology. CAD (computer aided design) / CAM (computer-aided fabrication) technology is now highly present in all aspects of dental medicine in the world. The goal of this technology is to shorten the time of fabrication of prosthetic work, minimize errors, and offer the possibility of prosthetic rehabilitation in a smaller number of visits or in one visit. By using this technology are made very precise work, be it the complicated multi-member bridges, crowns, inlays, onlays or veneers, and even mobile prosthetic. CAD / CAM prosthetics quickly enters into widespread use. By scanning can get digital prints jaw and with the help of software, which can then be synchronized and accurately determine the size of the denture, retention and stabilizing elements, and the places that will be set false teeth. The aim of this work was to review the possibilities of modern technology in dental medicine, especially to acrylic in making partial dentures and set of artificial teeth. Manufacturers each day presenting new materials and products in the market, which can make it difficult to navigate, and doctors and patients in so much information. This paper provides an overview of the development of skeletal partial dentures CAD / CAM technology, and an overview of types of artificial teeth for prosthetic restorations.
