Abstract

Sanacija potpune ili djelomične bezubosti izazov je, ali i cilj u stomatološkoj protetici. Svrha je ovog diplomskog rada opisati najčešće materijale koji se koriste za otiskivanje, opisati tehnike otiskivanja, dati prikaz otisnih nadogradnji te ukazati na važnost otiska u implantoprotetskoj terapiji. Prilikom izrade implantoprotetskog rada bitno je situaciju iz usne šupljine što preciznije prenijeti u dentalni laboratorij. Situacija iz usne šupljine prenosi se u dentalni laboratorij pomoću otiska. Materijali koji se najčešće koriste za otiskivanje su polieteri i silikoni. U implantoprotetskoj terapiji koriste se dvije tehnike otiskivanja. To su tehnika otiskivanja zatvorenom žlicom i tehnika otiskivanja otvorenom žlicom. Iako se tehnikom otiskivanja otvorenom žlicom povećavaju troškovi izrade rada, ova se tehnika preporuča zbog mnogo veće preciznosti i mogućnosti izrade kvalitetnog i preciznog implantoprotetskog rada.

Abstract (english)

Rehabilitation of complete or partial toothlessness is a challenge, but also a goal in prosthodontics. The purpose of this diploma thesis is to describe the most commonly used impression materials, impression techniques and impression copings, and to emphasize the importance of impressions in implant-prosthetic treatment. In fabrication of an implant-prosthetic restoration it is essential to transfer the oral cavity status to the dental laboratory as precisely as possible. This is done by means of impressions. The most commonly used impression materials are polyethers and silicones. The two impression techniques are used in implant-prosthetic therapy. Those are closed tray impression technique and open tray impression technique. Although open tray impression technique increases fabrication costs, it is recommended due to its greater precision and possibility of fabrication of high quality and precise implant-prosthetic restorations.
