Abstract

Komplikacije koje nastaju nakon izrade fiksnoprotetskog rada mogu nastati u svakoj fazi izrade. Mogu se javiti odmah nakon izrade rada ili prije završenog očekivanog trajanja rada. Vrlo je važno postaviti pravilnu indikaciju za rad, te pritom razmotriti stanje zubi, okolne kosti, ispuna; odnosno pripremiti usta za terapiju, razmotriti problem neparalelnosti nosača mosta, izbora distalnog zuba nosača, okluzijsku traumu, disfunkciju stomatognatnog sustava, obratiti pažnju pri ostisnim postupcima, statici konstrukcije i cementiranju. Da bi izbjegli moguće komplikacije vrlo je bitan stručan pristup terapeuta i tehničara, te ozbiljna suradnja pacijenta.

Abstract (english)

The complications we find while making fixed prosthodontics can occur at any phase. We can see them shortly after making the fixed prosthetic device or later on. It is very important to complete a thorough diagnosis, to consider the clinical
situation in the mouth; teeth, bone... More attention should be paid at a preetreatment care, to consider a problem of unparalleled abutment, a choice of a distal abutment, traumatic occlusion, a craniomandibular dysfunction, static’s of the
construction and cementation. To avoid the possibility of complications, a clinician’s ability is needed as well as the dental technician’s and a cooperative patient.
