Abstract

Za uspješnu implantoprotetsku terapiju, uz oseointegraciju implantata, bitno je očuvanje zdravlja periimplantatnih tkiva te dobro održavanje oralne higijene kako bi nadomjestak funkcijski i estetski zadovoljavao dugi niz godina. Dugoročan uspjeh postiže se i redovnim kontrolnim pregledima. U ovom radu prikazat će se cjelokupni postupak izrade implantoprotetskog rada na kliničkom primjeru, od kirurškog dijela do protetske opskrbe. Protokol uključuje kasnu implantaciju te imedijatno opterećenje implantata privremenim nadomjestkom na implantatu sa svrhom kondicioniranja mekog tkiva. Nakon perioda maturacije i stabilizacije periimplantatnog tkiva otisak je uzet digitalno te se pristupilo izradi cirkonij-oksidnog nadomjestka pričvršćenog vijkom. Benefit stabilnog izlaznog profila prenesenog i na gotovi protetski rad odražava se na estetsku i funkcijsku trajnost implantoprotetskog rada u cjelini. Napretkom digitalne stomatologije, intraoralnih skenera te CAD/CAM sustava, pojednostavljen je postupak izrade zubnih nadomjestaka: moguće je digitalno izraditi zubne nadomjestke uz jednostavnu obradu, dizajn i visoku točnost. Cirkonijoksid dokazao se kao materijal dobrih mehaničkih, optičkih i bioloških svojstava, a u proizvodnji je širok raspon varijanti cirkonij-oksidne keramike za protetske nadoknade u dentalnoj medicini.

Abstract (english)

For successful treatment, along osseointegration of implant, it is important to preserve the health of peri-implant tissues and to maintain oral hygiene so the restoration would be functional and aesthetically fulfill. Long-term success is achieved through regular checkups. This thesis will show the whole procedure of creating implant supported crown on a clinical
example, from the surgical part to the prosthetic restoration. The protocol includes delayed implantation followed by an immediate loading of the implant with a temporary screw-retained crown that has the purpose of conditioning the soft tissue.
After a period of maturing and stabilizing of peri-implant tissue, digital impression was taken and the zirconium oxide, screw-retained crown was made. The benefit of a stable emergence profile transferred to a finished prosthetic work reflects on the aesthetic and functional durability of the implant supported crown in general. The advancements in digital dentistry, intraoral scanners, and CAD/CAM systems have simplified the procedure of producing dental replacements. It is possible to digitally create dental restorations with simple processing, design, and high accuracy. Zirconium oxide has proven to be a material with good mechanical, optical, and biological properties, and the production of zirconium oxide ceramics has a wide range of variations needed for prosthetic restorations in dentistry.
