Abstract

Privremeni nadomjesci u implantoprotetici u današnje vrijeme, postali su dio obaveznog protokola tijekom izrade fiksnoprotetskog rada, bilo da se nadomješta jedan zub ili je potrebna potpuna rehabilitacija stomatognatog sustava. Od privremenih nadomjestaka se očekuje da zadovolje estetsku, funkcijsku i psihosocijalnu ulogu te omoguće ravnomjeran prijenos žvačnih
sila. Glavni cilj implantoprotetske terapije je izraditi individualni visoko estetski i funkcijski nadomjestaka. Očekivanja pacijenata su visoka, a sama rehabilitacija nosi sa sobom i visoke financijske troškove. Operativni postupci pogotovo u terapiji potpune bezubosti pacijenti su izloženi tjelesnim naporima. Privremenim nadomjescima omogućena im je normalna svakodnevica, očuvan osmijeh, a ishod terapije je predvidljiv. Privremeni nadomjesci se mogu definirati kao vrsta protetskoga pomagala izrađenog iz funkcijskih, estetskih i psiholoških potreba na određeno vrijeme, do vremena predaje trajnog protetskog nadomjeska. Rad opisuje mogućnosti uporabe privremenih radova te njihovu važnu ulogu u estetici i funkciji konačnog nadomjeska i biološkoj stabilnosti periimplantnog tkiva. Obuhvaćene su tehnike modelacije i očuvanja izlaznog profila oko implantata. Bitan faktor estetike na implantatima su predvidljivo oblikovanje mekih tkiva oko implantata i stvaranje idealnog izlaznog profila pomoću privremenog rada te postizanje stabilnosti mekih i tvrdih tkiva.

Abstract (english)

Temporary restorations in implant prosthetics nowadays have become part of the mandatory protocol during the production of fixed prosthetic work, whether it is the replacement of one tooth or the complete rehabilitation of the stomatognathic system. They must satisfy an aesthetic role, a functional role, an even transmission of masticatory forces, and a psychosocial role. The production of individual and highly aesthetic and functional restorations has today become
the main goal of implant prosthetic therapy. Patients’ expectations are high. They are exposed to high financial costs and physical effort during therapy and surgical procedures, especially in the therapy of complete edentulism. Temporary restorations allow them a normal everyday life, a preserved smile, and the outcome of the therapy is predictable. They are a type of prosthetic work that is made for functional, aesthetic and psychological reasons for a certain period of time - until the final prosthetic work is handed over. The paper describes the possibilities of using temporary restorations and their important role in the aesthetics and function of the final prosthetic restorations and biological stability of periimplant tissue.
Techniques for shaping and preserving the emergence profile around the implant are included. Predictable shaping of soft tissues around implants and creation of an ideal emergence profile using a temporary crown and achieving stability of hard and soft tissues are one of the main factors of aesthetics on implants.
