Abstract

Izrada staklo-keramičkog nadomjeska složeni je proces koji zahtijeva posebne vještine i znanja terapeuta i tehničara kako bi se postigao najbolji rezultat. Razvojem i pravilnom primjenom staklo-keramike dobri rezultati ne mogu izostati. Staklo-keramika se dijeli na onu za laboratorijsku izradu te onu za strojnu obradu (CAD/CAM). Indikacije za staklo-keramičke radove jesu krunica, estetska ljuska, inlay/overlay te mostovi do 3 člana u prednjoj i premolarnoj regiji. Kod preparacije zuba za staklo-keramičke radove nužna je zaobljena (materijali novije generacije) ili pravokutna stepenica (materijali starije generacije), čime se osigurava dobro prilijeganje krunice na uporišni zub, zaštita parodonta te optimalan raspored sila na fundament. Zadnja faza kod izrade i primjene staklo-keramičkog nadomjeska, cementiranje, potrebno je izvesti u strogo kontroliranim uvjetima s odgovarajućim cementom. Najčešće se koristi adhezivna tehnika cementiranja s kojom dolazi do dodatnog ojačanja keramike te stabilizacije cijelog sustava.

Abstract (english)

Making a glass-ceramics veneer replacement is a complex process which requires special skills and knowledge of the therapist and technician to achieve the best possible result. With the development and proper use of glass-ceramics, great results can be achieved. Glassceramics are divided into laboratory and manufactured CAD/CAM). Indications for glassceramics works are crown, aesthetic shell, inlay/overlay and bridges up to 3 members in the front and premolar region. When preparing teeth for glass-ceramics work, rounded materials of the newer generation) correct angular finish line (materials of older generation) is necessary, which ensures good fitting of the crown to the supporting tooth, periodontal protection and optimal distribution of the force on the foundation. The final stage in the manufacture and application of glass-ceramics veneer replacement is cementing, which should be carried out under strictly controlled conditions with the appropriate cement. The most commonly used adhesive cementing technique is the additional reinforcement of ceramics and the stabilization of the entire system.
