Abstract

Rješenja djelomične bezubosti u estetskoj zoni predstavljaju zahtjevan zadatak kliničaru s obzirom na količinu preostale kosti, raspored preostalih zuba, zdravlje mekih tkiva te estetske zahtjeve ove regije. Suvremena stomatologija nudi implantoprotetsku terapiju kao rješenje za nadomještanje zuba zbog postizanja stabilnosti fiksnim protetskim radom, neovisnosti o preostalim zubima nosačima te očuvanju tvrdog zubnog tkiva. Postoji nekoliko implantoloških sustava koji se trenutno koriste u... More terapiji, a po obliku razlikujemo konvencionalne dvodijelne i jednodijelne dentalne implantate. Jedinstveni dizajn jednodijelnih implantata koji se sastoji od integriranog kirurškog i protetskog dijela nudi prednosti poput smanjenog rizika za upalu tkiva oko implantata, kao i ubrzanog cijeljenja. Indicirani su u slučajevima nedostataka alveolarne kosti te su savršeni za uska područja bezubog grebena. Najveća prednost ispred konvencionalnih implantata je mogućnost imedijatnog opterećenja i postave protetskog nadomjeska, čime terapijski postupak traje samo nekoliko dana. Vrlo povoljno djeluje u estetskoj regiji, jer sjajno utječe na cijeljenje mekih tkiva zbog minimalno invazivnog postupka ugradnje. Očuvani su marginalni rubovi gingive zbog neposredne postave krunica čime se estetski upotpunjuje završni izgled protetskog rada. Ovim sustavom moguće je jednostavnije i uz manje komplikacija riješiti problem nadomještanja zuba u anteriornoj regiji, posebice u slučaju minimalne količine kosti. Less

Abstract (english)

Managing partial edentulism in the aesthetic zone poses significant challenges for clinicians, particularly concerning the available bone volume, the alignment of remaining teeth, the health of soft tissues and the high aesthetic expectations in this region. Modern dentistry offers implantoprosthetic therapy as a solution for tooth replacement, providing stability through fixed prosthetics, independence from remaining abutment teeth and preservation of hard dental tissues. Currently,... More several implant systems are employed in clinical practice, with a key distinction between conventional two-piece implants and one-piece implants based on their structural design. One-piece implants, which integrate both surgical and prosthetic components, offer several advantages, including a lower risk of peri-implant tissue inflammation and faster healing times. These implants are particularly beneficial in cases of limited alveolar bone and are well-suited for narrow edentulous ridges. A major benefit of one-piece implants over conventional systems is the potential for immediate loading and prosthetic placement, significantly reducing the overall treatment time to just a few days. This approach is especially advantageous in the aesthetic zone, as it supports soft tissue healing due to the minimally invasive nature of the surgical procedure. The preservation of marginal gingival contours through immediate prosthetic placement further enhances the final aesthetic result. Overall, one-piece implant systems offer a simplified and effective solution for tooth replacement in the anterior region, particularly in cases with limited bone volume. Less
