Abstract

Kompozitni, ceromerni i keramički inlayi, onlayi i overlayi nazivaju se estetskim intra i ekstrakoronarnim fiksnoprotetskim radovima. U fiksnoj protetici više se koriste kao trajni radovi, inlayi i onlayi izrađeni iz keramike i ceromernih materijala, dok se kompozitni inlayi koriste kao privremeni za zaštitu brušenih zuba do cementiranja inlaya iz trajnog materijala. U radu su opisane podjele inlaya i onlaya glede vrste estetskog materijala. Posebna pozornost usredotočena je na prikaz preparacija zuba za pojedine vrste
intrakoronarnih radova. Obzirom da se ova vrsta radova najčešće učvršćuje u zube adhezijskim postupkom opisana je i ova vrsta trajnog cementiranja. Prednost ove vrste radova je štednja tvrdih zubnih tkiva, izvrsna parodontoprofilaksa i vrlo kvalitetan estetski učinak, zbog dobrog uklapanja u tvrde strukture zuba po obliku i boji.

Abstract (english)

Composite, ceromeric and ceramic inlay, onlay and overlay are called esthetic intra and extracoronar fixed prosthodontics procedures. In fixed prosthodontics inlays and onlays made out of ceramic and ceromeric materials are used in permanent procedures, while inlays made of composites are used as a temporary protection of preparated teeth untill permanent inlays
and onlays are made. In this presentation inlays and onlays are devided according to the type of esthetic materials. Especial consideration was given to describe specific preparation for each intracoronary procedure. These procedures are most
commonly fixated with the use of adhesion process which was also described earlier. The advantage of these procedures is protection of hard dental tissues, excellent parodontoprofilaxis and high esthetic quality do to good integration with dental
structures regarding shape and color.
