Abstract

Materijali obuhvaćeni ovim radom predstavljaju trenutne mogućnosti u zaštiti dentinske rane i vitaliteta oštećenog zuba. Njihove karakteristike, kao što su sposobnost adheriranja, protuupalnog i protukarijesnog djelovanja te poticanje remineralizacije dentina, izravno će utjecati na ishod i dugotrajnost restaurativnog zahvata. Povezivanje tih karakteristika i njihova dokazanost u svakodnevnom radu omogućiti će nam individualni pristup i optimalno rješenje u većini slučajeva.

Abstract (english)

Materials considered with this work represent current posibilttes in the protection of dentin wound and the vitality of a damaged tooth. Their characheristics such as stimulation of dentin remineralisation, the abbility to adher, antiinflamatory and antidecay efects will directly influence on the outcome and quality of the restaurative procedure. Conecting those characheristics and using them in every day work will give us an individual aproach and optimal solution for most cases.
