Abstract

Implanto protetska terapija je sanacija djelomične ili potpune bezubosti protetskim nadomjestkom sidrenim na implantatu ili implantatima. Indikacije za primjenu dentalnih implantata su bilo koji stupanj bezubosti. To podrazumijevaja sanaciju potpune bezubosti jedne ili obiju čeljusti, djelomične bezubosti kao i nedostatka jednog zuba. Kontraindikacije su čimbenici koji ne dozvoljavaju ugradnju implantata. One mogu biti lokalne i općemedicinske. Svojstva implantata su lokalna i sistemna neškodljivost te čvrstoća koja osigurava trajnost. Danas se najviše koriste implantati izrađeni od titana i njegovih slitina, cilindričnog oblika s navojem, hrapave površine bez dodatnog površinskog sloja. Nakon detaljne anamneze, kliničkog pregleda i RTG analize radi se protetska priprema pacijenta za inserciju implantata. Kirurški postupak obuhvača inserciju, kontrolne preglede i RTG analize, otvaranje implantata nakon 4-6 mjeseci i uvijanje vijka za formiranje gingive. Slijedi otisni postupak i izrada suprastrukture uz pomoću laboratorijskih analoga implantata. Fiksna suprastruktura se cementira ili vijčano uvija u implantat.

Abstract (english)

Prosthetic therapy with use of implants is a therapeutical procedure of partial or complete edentulousuess anchored on one or more implants. Indications for dental implants include loss of one tooth, as well as complete and partial edentulousuess of one or both jaws. Contraindications for dental implants are a factor which do not allow use of dental implants. They can be local and general. So, implant characteristics are local and systemic unharmfoolness together with strenght which secures its longlastness. Today implants made of titanicum and its alloys are more frequently used with cilindric thread, rouge surface without additional layer. After detailed analysis was done, implant place, direction and depth is performed. Surgical procedure of implant insertion should be on the same place wich was previously determined. Further more the process of oseointegration lasting for 3-4 months in the upper jaw and 6 months in the lower jaw is expected. After oseointegration have been completed, thread for gibgival healing is applied and remains there for the next 14 days. After the gingival contour has been formed, abutment is placed in the implant. Afterwords, casting procedure is done together with suprastructural parts, by use of laboratory implant analogues. Depending on the type of work, suprastructure is cemented or threaded into implant.
