Abstract
Svrha ovog rada je prikazati demografske i kliničke osobitosti oralnih lezija uzrokovanih HPV-om u zdravoj populaciji. Retrospektivno istraživanje napravljeno je na temelju medicinske dokumentacije pacijenata s dijagnozom oralnih lezija uzrokovanih HPV-om. Od podataka su registrirani dob i spol pacijenta, lokalizacija promjene, trajanje promjene, patohistološki nalaz, način liječenja, komplikacije liječenja i recidiv. Rezultati ovog istraživanja pokazali su neznatno veću pojavnost lezija kod ženskog spola, srednje dobi i s najčešćom lokalizacijom na jeziku. Komplikacije terapije i recidivi iznimno su rijetki.
Abstract (english)
The aim of this study was to present demographic and clinical features of oral lesions caused by HPV in healthy population. Retrospective study was carried out on medical charts of patients diagnosed with HPV related oral lesion. Recorded data included age, sex, site of the lesion, duration, pathohistological diagnosis, treatment mode, treatment complications and recurrence. The results of this study show a slight female predominance with tongue being the most frequently affected site. Postoperative complications and recurrences are rare.
